Lauren Ralph Lauren Women's Jenessa Riding Boot I bit the bullet and decided to make the investment of purchasing a pair of these boots. I bought them in the Black/Dark Brown combo. They are timeless, beautiful, and well made. I anticipate wearing them many years to come.

Beautiful smooth leather. These boots fit more closely around the ankle than others I have tried, giving your leg a more sleek appearance and they don't buckle at the ankle as other boots do. But there is still plenty of room to tuck in the legs of your skinny jeans. They are quite tall - I'm 5"7" and the tops of these boots come right up to the bottom of my knee. My favorite feature is the short zipper that only extends from the foot insole to mid-calf height - this keeps the zipper tabs froom knocking against each other as you walk (as usually happens to me when the zippers reach all the way to the knee. The top of the boot is smooth all the way around the inside preventing those annoying snags on your tights. Very comfortable too - a fabulous pair of boots!

Beautiful boots and I get tons of compliments on them!
Bottom of boots are slightly slippery, but overall comfort and fit are great!
