too big

Need smaller size...returns need to be easier to be made to difficult to be returned back to amazon. Want to return for smaller size.

This boot kicks axe!

Originally my wife ordered a pair of these boots in the smallest adult size. They arrived very quickly and she immediately tried them on. Unfortunately they were still to big for her tiny feet so she exchanged them for a children's size. That pair showed up and she fell in love with them. She wears them every chance she gets. She says they are some of the most comfortable shoes she owns, and she should know as she has more shoes than the beach has sand. If they make the same boots in a different pattern she will buy them immediately. She highly recommends these boots.

Sent two different boots

Somy daughter has been waiting for her boots n they arrived today with one Right pink as pictured and one Right leopard printed boot. Her words were, I guess I got excited for nothing. age 7. Thanks Ariat for poor customer service and not checking products before they go out.
