So far so good!

Just received my boots and so far, am very happy with the fit. Good toe room and best of all: they zip up! Those with larger calves know what a problem this is. I was expecting to need the double zipper feature to accomodate my calves, but with thin leggings/socks, no problem and they even have a little space. Not too tight at all. Jeans tucked in may require unzipping the second zipper, but that's fine with me. The bonus is that they are TALL... actually come up all the way up to the top of my calf (something I haven't found in other boots). I'm 5'11" with long legs, and wear a size 11 (sometimes needing a wide width). Some size 11s are too tight in the toes, but these are good. I'd say they fit as expected or maybe even a little big.
For reference, at the widest part of my calf, I measure 17" and from heel to top of calf, also about 17". So that gives you an idea of how the size 11 fits at least. Others have commented that the boots feel big in the heel. I feel that too, but I'm okay with a little looseness there. Worth it for all the other features. Bonus if you need an orthodic/gel support in that there's room in the heel area.
Ordered dark brown and color and finishes are good. Doesn't look "cheap". Also like the rubber sole with traction that you always get with Aerosoles. Will be good for walking in the winter without fear of slipping on light snow/ice.

Perfect except for being too large.

Loved these boots, but just too large around my leg even with jeans tucked in.
They look like real leather and being Aerosoles the boot bed was very comfortable.
I was looking for that in a boot to be my wear around jeans boot.
I wear a 7.5 and that's what I ordered and they were perfect.
You would not be able to wear a really thick sock at that size, but a normal med. weight would be fine.
I 'am 5"2" and they came right to the bottom of my knee.
I will have to keep looking for a smaller around the legg one.
Came really fast from the seller and has free returns, so no complaints with service!
Just wished they had fit.

Perfect for "athletic" calves!

This is the 2nd pair of Aerosoles I own - they are great! The double zipper is a godsend since I have always had larger calves (genetics plus years of cheerleading). I can finally wear a pair of knee-high boots with jeans/jeggings tucked in! The color was exactly what I wanted, the perfect medium tan to go with everything. I have been searching for a flat boot for fall and winter since I'm pregnant and don't want to be teetering around on heels in the ice and snow. I'm so happy with this purchase and I'm staying on the lookout for more Aerosoles styles with the double zipper!
